We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all FAGOZON Vitamin C Serum purchases. If you're not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The product does not need to be unopened — we understand you need to try it to know if it works for you
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@fagozon.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions
- Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date
- Orders without a valid proof of purchase
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item at support@fagozon.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at contact@fagozon.com to request a cancellation.
